Cash Back is a program designed to reward you when you shop with us. It's a simple and convenient way for us to show our appreciation to customers.
How can I redeem my Cash Back?
Cash back is earned after you make a purchase. It is not a discount on your order.
To redeem your Cash Back, please follow these simple steps:
1. Click on the Cash Back link in the SMS or email you received after subscribing. Then make a purchase.
2. Check your email after making the purchase. You will receive instructions for Cash Back redemption.
3. Complete the Cash Back redemption form provided in the email.
4. Choose your preferred Cash Back redemption method: a virtual Visa card or a gift card for a future Mail Order Mystery purchase.
5. You'll receive an email with details about your Visa or gift card. You'll need to wait 15 days for the card to be activated.
Why do I have to wait to use my Cash Back?
We trust you, but to ensure that fraudsters don't take advantage of the Cash Back system there is a 15 day holding period is to verify no returns or refunds were made on an order prior to the Cash Back being activated.
How long does it take to receive my gift card?
As soon as you confirm your selection, we will provide you with details about your bonus gift card. But you'll have to wait until the end of the 15 day holding period to be able to use your gift card.
If I choose a Mail Order Mystery gift card, how do I use it?
Purchase anything from Mail Order Mystery and enter your gift card number on the checkout page. Make sure to use the same email address you did when making your original purchase.
Where can I find my gift card?
Once you select a gift card, we will promptly send you an email containing all the details about your gift card. We understand that emails can sometimes get lost or misplaced. If you can’t locate that email, please reach out to support@getfondue.com with your exact Cash Back details and we’ll help locate your bonus gift card.
Where can I use this virtual Visa card?
You can use the virtual Visa card anywhere that accepts Visa. Enjoy the flexibility of using your virtual Visa card wherever Visa is accepted.
Where can I check my balance and statement on my virtual Visa card?
After selecting a virtual Visa CashBack, we will send you an email containing a link to access the details of your card, including your balance and statement.
When I tried to use my virtual Visa card, the charge was declined. What can I do?
If your virtual Visa card is declined, please follow these steps:
Ensure that your card has a sufficient balance by checking your card details.
Double-check that you have entered the correct card number, name, and address during the transaction.
