Important information on holiday ship dates

Due to extremely high demand, we have now filled all of our available ship dates through the end of December. You can still order a Mail Order Mystery, but the earliest available ship date is January 10.

If you’d still like to give a Mail Order Mystery as a holiday gift, you can download the printable gift note from our website and give it to the child receiving the mystery. Their first installment will then ship on January 10th.

Just remember, January 10th is the date the first installment will ship, not the date it will be delivered. We are a Toronto-based company and according to Canada Post mail within the GTA should arrive within 2 business days, 3 days for anywhere else in Ontario and 4 days for the rest of Canada. Mail to the United States is typically delivered in 4-6 days, depending on where in the country it's going, though we've seen US destined installments that have taken up to 10 business days to arrive. Please allow at least 5-15 business days for international mailings (bearing in mind that not all postal systems are created equal).
