Canada Post Update - Operations Resume

This information only applies to orders being shipped to Canadian addresses. Orders to the United States are not affected.

Now that the Canadian Industrial Relations board has ordered striking Canada Post employees back to work, we can get back to sending mail. Canada Post operations resumed on December 17 and they have begun accepting mail again.

The impact on the arrival of our mysteries will depend on which delivery method you choose:

SEND WEEKLY
(Installments mailed weekly)

We expect that mail delivery will be somewhat unpredictable as Canada Post works to clear their backlog. If you have selected weekly letter delivery please note that envelopes need to be opened in sequence. Please check the number written on the back corner of each envelope. If you receive a letter out of order, please wait a few days for the delayed letter to arrive. There is no tracking information for letter mail so we will not be able to tell you where it is, but we can tell you if it’s on the way. If you are concerned about a delayed letter, please reach out to us.

If you were in the middle of receiving a mystery or if you chose a start date that fell during the strike, we are now in the process of sending letters which were held during the strike.

If you haven’t ordered yet and are concerned about the possibility of mail delays or interruptions, please order our "All in One Box" delivery option.

ALL IN ONE BOX
(Installments packed together and shipped in one package)

We are continuing to ship "All in One Box" orders using other carriers. Many carriers are experiencing delays due to increased package volume. If your shipment is delayed in transit, the best course of action is to wait. Carriers are working hard to clear their backlogs.

We are grateful to all of you for your patience and understanding. A huge thank you to everyone who has written with helpful suggestions and messages of support.

If you have any questions please email us.
