News from Mail Order Mystery

Hang onto your hats everyone, we have some REALLY BIG NEWS! We are almost ready to launch our brand new mystery - The Enchanted Slumber. A Knight, a Troll, a Librarian and a Dragon are in search of an Unsuspecting Hero to help them wake a Princess who has been asleep for 699 years. There’s no time to lose - as soon as she hits the year 700 - poof! That’s it! The Princess turns to dust.

We have limited quantities for the summer so we will make sure you are the first to know. We’ll do a 48 hour pre-sale, just for our newsletter subscribers. So watch your inbox. If all goes as planned (which it always does, right?) The Enchanted Slumber will be officially on pre-sale by the end of the week.

Meanwhile, our pirate-themed mystery, Treasure Hunt!, continues to get rave reviews from customers. And really, is there a better way for kids to spend their summer vacation than puzzling their way through a six week hunt for pirate plunder? There are lots of clues to decode and puzzles to solve to keep them busy while they’re off from school and a real chest of pirate treasure waiting at the end.

In the meantime, if you are having any concerns this summer about logistics (like, say, you are going to be somewhere for half the summer and somewhere else for the other half, or, say, you are spending the summer at a cottage and you have no access to mail) please just send us a note and we would be happy to help find a solution. We can change the shipping address part-way through a mystery, for example, or we can send the installments all at once, in one box, and you can distribute at your convenience. We can even put the mailings on hold for a couple of weeks while you are in Tuscany, or Tallahassee, or your in-laws in Saskatchewan. Just tell us the problem and we will look for a solution. Here at the mystery factory we would never let logistics stand between you and adventure.

Oh, and one more thing. If you are planning the Treasure Hunt! mystery for a large groups of kids, email us and ask about our Extra-Large Treasure upgrade. It’s not officially for sale on the site yet but extra treasure for big groups and/or bickering siblings is something that can be arranged.
